Elsa Watson is the author of the historical adventure-romance novels Maid Marian and The Other Elizabeth and the dog-friendly romances Dog Days and The Love Dog.

A Pacific Northwest native, Elsa started writing during a Peace Corps stint in Guinea-Bissau, a small African country. In 2001, she and her husband moved to Bainbridge Island, and in 2004, Maid Marian was published. Their family now lives in beautiful Walla Walla, Washington.

Her novel Dog Days, named one of the top romances of the year by Publisher’s Weekly, was released by Tor-Forge in 2012, followed by The Love Dog in 2013 and the e-novellas A Christmas Tail (2012) and The Puppy Trap (2013.) The Other Elizabeth was released in 2017.
